At Salford, we welcome students from North Africa and the Middle East, and Moroccan students have been coming to study with us for many years. We also have many staff members from Arab backgrounds, who speak the language and will join us all in making you feel very much at home here.
Arabic is also widely spoken in and around Greater Manchester, and it’s easy to find great restaurants, takeaways and shops selling Arab food. And there are a number of mosques within easy reach of the campus.
Moroccan students come to Salford to study a wide range of subjects, including Business and Management, Finance, Science, Engineering, and Health Sciences.
Salford is very easy to reach from Morocco, and you can fly direct to Manchester with Royal Air Maroc. Our campus is within easy reach of Manchester International Airport by taxi or public transport.
The Greater Manchester area is a great place to live, being one of the largest students cities in Europe, and you’ll never be short of something interesting to see and do here. There’s a brilliant scene of nightlife, including restaurants, cinemas and live music and theatre venues, and we have two of the world’s most successful and famous football clubs.
As one of our students, you don't just become a member of a student body, you will join our community. You will be taught by experts in their field who pride themselves on their links with industry. We look forward to welcoming you to Salford!
